Upon the completion of the Baptism, the parents will be presented with a certificate of Baptism for their child. This certificate will be needed in the future when the child receives the Sacraments of first Holy Communion, Confirmation, Marriage or Holy Orders. Therefore it is important that the parent keep the certificate in a secure place in the home. In addition, the Baptism will be recorded in the Baptismal Registry at the Basilica of St. Paul. This will allow for copies of the certificate to be produced at a future date.

If you are inquiring about receiving a recently issued copy certificate of Baptismal certificate, please contact the Parish Office at 386-252-5422. Recently issues copies are needed when a person is seeking Confirmation, Marriage, or Holy Orders and will be provided by the parish upon request.
